What is Ascensiona Cloud Hosting?

It is managed WordPress cloud hosting for businesses that want Ascensiona to take responsibility for the agreed technical workload, including the managed environment, standard SSL, backups, monitoring, layered security and recovery capability.

Is Ascensiona just a hosting provider?

No. Managed hosting is the technical foundation and can be the starting point of the relationship, but Ascensiona can also support website care, local visibility, content, campaigns, AI search visibility and wider digital work by agreed scope.

Can the cloud infrastructure grow with my business?

Yes. The Ascensiona-managed cloud foundation allows infrastructure capacity to be expanded as requirements change. We manage those changes rather than selling customers unmanaged server resources or promising unlimited automatic scaling.

How is the hosting environment protected?

Ascensiona uses layered controls across the network, hosting and WordPress environment, together with secure HTTPS, controlled administration, monitoring, backups and recovery. Specific controls can evolve as the managed platform develops.

Do I need to manage a hosting control panel?

No. Clients buy a managed outcome rather than unmanaged server space. Ascensiona keeps server and hosting administration under managed control. Server, hosting-panel, database, SFTP, SSH and root-level credentials are not supplied as part of the managed service. WordPress user access can be provided separately where appropriate.

What is included in the $59/month plan?

Supreme Managed Hosting includes the managed WordPress environment, standard SSL, backups, monitoring, managed security and core technical hosting management. A $99 one-time onboarding charge applies for the initial managed-service setup.

What is different about the $99/month plan?

Supreme Hosting + Website Care adds ongoing WordPress maintenance and priority help when the website itself needs attention. A $149 one-time onboarding charge applies.

What is Supreme Managed Care?

The $199/month plan adds a closer level of website care, priority support, performance review and practical help with minor content changes. A $349 one-time onboarding charge applies.

What is the Supreme Business Partnership?

It is a $399/month proposal-led relationship for businesses that want Ascensiona to take a more active role around the website and wider online operation. One-time onboarding is $599. Wider work is provided by agreed scope. Any minimum commitment applies only where it is clearly stated in the accepted commercial record.

Is there a discount for annual billing?

Yes. Annual billing receives a 15% discount on the recurring service fee. The one-time onboarding charge is separate and is not discounted.

Why is there a one-time onboarding charge?

The monthly or annual price pays for the ongoing managed service. Onboarding covers the initial work required to establish that service, including the agreed assessment, environment preparation, standard configuration, security and recovery baseline, launch checks and suitable migration or setup work. Major redevelopment, complex legacy repair, custom development or unusually difficult migrations are separately scoped where required.

Are the standard hosting plans month-to-month?

Yes. Standard managed-hosting tiers are month-to-month unless an accepted proposal, agreement or order clearly states a different commitment.

Can Ascensiona move my existing WordPress website?

Yes, where the existing website is suitable to migrate. We review the site first so we understand its condition, dependencies and what is involved before changing anything live.

Is SSL included?

Yes. Standard SSL and secure HTTPS are included as part of the managed hosting setup.

Are backups included?

Yes. Backup and recovery capability are part of the managed service. Exact schedules and retention are confirmed according to the service and website rather than being assumed.

Will WordPress updates just run automatically?

Not blindly. We prefer controlled maintenance with an available recovery point and an understanding of the website rather than treating every live change as risk-free.

Can Ascensiona help with website changes and promotions too?

Yes. Eligible managed plans and wider Ascensiona services can cover website care, campaign pages, content, local visibility and planned promotions by agreed scope.

Can you help with domains and DNS?

Yes, where domain or DNS coordination is required for the agreed hosting setup, migration or related work. Where practical, the domain remains client-owned.

What happens if my website has a problem?

Ascensiona investigates the website and hosting environment, works through the likely cause and uses the safest practical recovery route available, including restoration from an appropriate recovery point when that is the better option. Backups and recovery reduce risk but do not create an absolute guarantee that every version or item can always be restored.

Do you guarantee uninterrupted uptime or complete security?

No. Ascensiona uses reasonable layered security, monitoring, maintenance and recovery measures, but no hosting or security service can guarantee uninterrupted availability or immunity from every incident unless a separate accepted SLA expressly provides a specific commitment.

How do proposals and payments work?

Ascensiona provides the relevant proposal, documents and payment route through the customer process so the recurring service, one-time onboarding charge, scope and responsibilities are clear before work proceeds.
